It IS a catch 22 . They get ALL of the good stuff you put into your body. The immune system is constantly battling them and is weakened. The best thing to do is to parasite cleanse 2-3 times per year. Get rid of them, allow your body to recover, then keep up the parasite cleanses to ensure that they never have the chance to take your body over again.
