Humaworm,

Do you know if taking vitamins or food supplements could actually cause parasites to thrive? How do you maintain your own health without supporting theirs? It seems to me you need a healthy immune system to fight them off. However, it seems almost impossible to build your immune system without supporting the parasites. Catch 22?
