I think your skin is getting worse because you are stirring up toxins. Have you tried detox baths to help draw the toxins through your skin? Epsom Salts , baking soda, clay, apple cider vinegar are all good at detoxing the skin...check out the bath forum.

Have you done any other types of cleansing (bowel, parasites, kidney, etc)?
