I started getting cystic Acne when I started menopause. In the beginning the flushing made it worse but now it is getting better, they are drying up and the outbreaks are not as frequent. you can also scrub your face and affected area's with Epsom Salts and soap this helps to dry them up along with exfoliating the dark scarred skin to new skin. It's helped alot.
