not sure what a liver fluke is, but if you're asking why we have malfunctioning organs then i'd say the first humans were created perfect, but because of the curse of sin our bodies became worse. they used to live for centuries preflood. some say the fruits (the Tree of Life?) in the garden of Eden had special enzymes for the body to make it live forever. when they were kicked out the bodies still had some of the enzymes from the fruits they ate while in the garden. Also, people had the original diet without meat and stuff.

i'm pretty sure mosquitoes have some purpose, not sure what it is. maybe to teach some people patiences. :)
