Cobalamin or B12 is mainly found in animal products, but many good sources are available from non meat products. Good organic whole yoghurt is a very good source. By far the best means of obtaining B12 is soy. Fermented soy is one of the best means of obtaining not only B12 but many of the essential amino acids the body requires. Another excellent means of obtaining the B complex vitamins is fresh yeast/yeast extracts, remember the B complex is just that, a complex and is best absorbed by the body when combined with all of the other B complex vitamins and the correct minerals. A full list of the essentials is available in a very good book available on the internet to download, it covers all of the basics if nutrition if you are just starting out and might be a little unsure.
