Question? Is nutriional yeast the same as, for example, fleshman's yeast cakes. I dad used to eat yeast cakes when he was a kid and said that they were delicious.
That sauerkraut recipe sounds mouth watering delicious, I'm definitely going to try it. When I was a kid, my mother and grandfather made home made sauerkraut in a big crock, of course that was back when I didn't appreciate healthy foods.
