If you read through all of Dr. Mercola's articles on Vitamin E - you will find the necessary balance. From most of his teaching he suggest healthy foods before supplementation (which is a greatly needed teaching). Then if necessary he suggest supplementing with a natural sourced supplement.

You can't eat crap and take a few supplements and think you are healthy! Also, the general population don't know how to even select their supplements. Most choose the cheapest variety, which are usually the most synthetic! You must choose all supplements very wisely.

I usually research the company before purchasing, to get a feel for their goals and processing.
