Hi, I saw your question and I too, have a hard time with the Epsom Salt taste. What I did was buy a bottle of Vitamin C powder and I put a 1/4 tsp in when I mix up the Epsom Salt for the cleanse. It helps cut the taste some, though it still makes me gag at first. Another trick is to put it in the refridgerator a few hours before your cleanse. I also use a straw, which helps as well.

Just finished my 7th cleanse and have now gotten over 2300 stones out.
