I successfully quit smoking 10 days straight. "Cold turkey" but.....I had slowly become so depressed that by this morning all I could do was cry. I have tried patches, pills etc. to no avail. As I was searching for an answer that may be natural I read about lobelia. What is it and where can I get it? Is there a certain type that is best? I have smoked for about 30 years and feel that I am so ready to quit. But there is so much change going on in my life right now I am wondering if that is why I failed AGAIN? I seriously do want to succeed. Any suggestions would be so helpful. Thanks

I forgot to mention that today I got a pack and smoked two already.....UGH failure again :(
