I don't see what I can dissagree on. That's what I wanted to say. Another point of mine was to point out, that toughness that Dr. Schulze enjoys isn't always smartness. You have to sift through despite how much you love your favorite diet guru. Critical consciuousness is the way to go.

Another point. I think dr. Atkins was, is, and always be barked at because of his pro-active position about supplements: amino acids, vitamins et cetera; I like his book Dr. Atkins' Vita-Nutrient Solution : Nature's Answer to Drugs.
