The espsom salt drink makes me gag. I can only get 1/2 cup down at most at each serving. What should I do?

Are the post-cleanse ("morning after") espom drinks really necessary? what if I just do the first two before the oil/grapefruit. Because the morning after the cleanse I'm already nausiated and the thought of attempting to drink more espsom drink is impossible.

If I didn't get any stones out, could it be because I've been a vegetarian and/or vegen since I was 8 years old? or is it just because I didn't get enough Epsom Salt drink?
