Well I soaked my almonds the other day overnight in the fridge. In the morning I rinsed them a few times and then let them dry on a paper towel. I put them in a plastic bag in the fridge, wondering if I should freeze them. Do they not last as long after they are soaked? It's going to take a little getting used to since I like the taste of them better unsoaked.
