I just finished reading some information at the "doctor within" website. He suggests going on a raw diet for a varitey of health related reasons.
I am just curious about the type of benefits a a diet like that (no dairy, no sugar, etc) would produce. What health benefits have you experienced? I know I could only be motivated to follow it if there were some significant changes in the way I feel.
