The 'I' is the spine. So feeling the energies going up and down the spine...becoming one with it, is Divine. It is where you are closest to God. The lower part is the animal part of us and the upper part is the Spirit part. They meet in the middle which is the heart. Getting in tune with it is 'ecstasy'...'heavenly'.
