anyone heard of using sepia to help w/ anxiety and many other related symptoms.
ive heard of it used for postpartum drama and stuff like that.
at this point im lookin for aaaaaaanything that could work.
also...
did anyone notice their anxiety worsen or begin after childbirth or even after trying an ssri?
