I believe I can help you. I am an EFT practitioner (emotional freedom techniques). You can read all about this therapy on emofree.com I am also listed on the EFT national practitioner website. There is a free tutorial download on the website as well. It is much easier however to have someone coach you through the first few sessions. After that it is fairly easy to do by yourself once you get a feel for how it works. I guarantee results or no charge. Call if you need help.
