Hello,
I am not sure where to begin, i originally visited these boards 2yrs. because of acne, it was an onset of a bad breakup 7yrs ago. I was denying to myself that my anxiety/ Depression was the cause. My symptoms also include fatigue,brain fog and severe forgetfullness. After changing my diet, fasting,cleansing this is my last resort here and i dont really know what to try so i am going to see a natural docotr in hopes that she can help me. My question is for anyone who knows, are natrual doctors of any help, or is there another direction i could go in? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
