Thanks for the suggestion, "ever hopeful" By the way, does anyone have recommendations for vitamins/minerals that are high quality (and preferrably not expensive)? Sundown is what I have quite a bit of right now, as well as the Kroger store brand. I also have the Wild Oats store brand of St. John's Wort, at the recommendation of an employee there, but it looks like everything in that is the same (even the same potency of the extract) as the Sundown brand. I'm very curious about this issue. Any thoughts? Is liquid calcium better than the pill form?
