I'll make it easy. Just go to emofree.com and type in ADD and OCD on the search engine. You will have your answer. You can then download the free 80 page download which shows you how to use EFT. If you want a shortcut I can teach it to you very fast over the phone since I do this everyday (EFT therapist). Either way try it and if it doesn't work it means you are not doing right and just need some further direction. EFT has a super high succes rate with OCD and ADD.
