hi,
i was working a lot of overtime, so i took nodoze (to wake me up) in the morning and sominex (sleeping pill) at night. i thought it would be ok because it was just "over the counter" medicine. i felt like i was a zombie, shakey, missing stuff people were saying to me, (stuff like that).
a coworker said, "never take an upper and a downer! i think his advise was wise.
i'm not taking any medication now. (took about a week to feel normal after i quit taking affexor a few months ago. i don't need all that stuff to feel better now. vegetarian diet and taking time for myself replaced medication. (now i have to take time to start excercizing again!)
