Hello, I have been using lithium orotate for almost 2 years now. I'm bipolar and this helps me from getting too high strung. It works well for anxiety for me but not the Depression part. I need to take it regularly and might see a difference. I know magnesium glycinate helps me calm down in the evenings too. The lithium orotate works so well for me that I sent a bottle to my friend. It's so cheap and well worth a try in my opinion. ~Carole
