then why on my hair test did I have a low level of lithium if its so toxic... its a trace mineral that is supposed to be in your body.

I am talking about the natural mineral... not the synthesized form of the mineral. From what my naturopath says there is a HUGE difference... the natural form (orotate) has no side effects compared to the synthetic or aspartate forms.

Did you try the orotate form?
