From my experience which was no effect and others who said it really doent work until toxic level are reached and then they said it as debilitating and took the life out of them altogether! It been around forever with mixed results! I also heard it had something to do with potassium level and somehow effecting the electolites! Seems to me a good mineral supplement would be better or at least safer!
