thanks for your respond. i really appreciate it. i have an idea of what may be causing all this from an emotional level i just don't know where to start in order to fix it. I believe it has to do with low self esteem and insecurity.

What steps did you take to help yourself overcome panic and anxiety?
(and did you feel shortness of breath all the time too?)
