Dear Brad,
It's the alcohol and the resultant
dehydration that is at the heart of
your problems. Trust me. I've been
there. I gave up heavy drinking back
in 1977, when I was 37. I became a
semi-vegetarian (I still eat fish
from cans), and began drinking 3 to 4 quarts of pure water every day.
Life slowly got better; and then
after 3 months, it got much, MUCH
better!
Dehydration is a MAJOR cause of
depression, as well as panic attacks. Most Americans are dehydrated, to some extent. That's
one reason so many of them are sick.
Congratulations for saying "no" to
booze. You will never, ever regret
that decision. It takes a while for
all of your 75 trillion cells to
recover from the ordeal that the
alcohol subjected them to for years.
But every day you eat clean. living
food, and drink LOTS of pure water,
your body will heal itself just a
little more. By Easter, if you stick
to your new regimen and stay sober,
you'll feel much better. By this time next year, Brad, the panic attacks will be fading memories.
Learn all you can about internal
cleanses for your colon, liver, and
kidneys. CZ is a great place to
do that. It will take about six
months or so to clean all the
accumulated toxins out of your
body. Don't look at it as an ordeal,
but as an opportunity.
One door has closed: you'll no longer be getting drunk, and doing
all the bad soap-opera that is
part-and-parcel of boozing. But
other doors are opening -- many of
which you won't even notice till some time passes. This is a Major
Turnaround in your life. In five
years, and probably less, you'll
look back on this crisis, not as
the Curse it seems to be today, but
as a Blessing that put your on the
Healing Path to stay.
I raise my glass of distilled water,
and toast you for having the courage
to make the changes that will enrich
not only your own life, Brad, but the lives of everyone around you.
Be At Peace.
Blessings,
Owen
