Yes, I know. I have had a self esteem problem for a long time, I am better though. :) Yes I do EFT often and it has worked for just about everything. I think when it doesn't work it's because I have missed the issue and just need to do a little soul searching to figure to what the issue is. Have you ever tried it? How are things with you tonight?
