I have a combination of ailments, and I'm wondering if they are related in some way. I have tried different treatments for them each, but I've thought for some time that they will not go away until a deeper problem that is the cause is treated.

I have mild cystic acne in the T-zone area of my face, eczema that mostly affects the joint areas and parts of the body that are in constant contact with clothing, and severely dry scalp.

I have heard remedies with diet, exercise, and other treatments, but I'm not sure if there is a best way to deal with these ailments that may be related. Any thoughts would be helpful--thanks.
