I had the same problem only it was also on the right side of my neck as well.
hmmm, I figured out it was my foam pillow I was using and I usually lay on that
side. So, I changed my pillow and it has gone away. It's worth a try.

Also, I take about 7 capsules of Flax Seed Oil and must remember to do this
because I have break outs otherwise.
