I have had good reports from clients with rosacea, saying that my borage cream cleared it up, so I,m hopeful that it will help you.

As you may already know, it is thought that rosacea is caused by having insufficient digestive juices in the stomach, to promote these juices it is wise to eat little and often and avoid overloading, oats and ginger are some of the foods that promote digestive fire, so if you can introduce these into your diet it will help your skin.
