A friend at work said his aunt ate her way out of her stomach stapling, gradually enlarging her stomach. Another work associate who had stomach stapling had some dramatic complications. How about trying to find some Amylase blocker, derived from some kind of white beans? This will prevent some degree of "starch" digestion so it passes through, and is complemented with a low-carb diet. Check for it on the net.
