Are you saying he just can't see, or he doesn't have any senses that he can use at all. If he has none of his senses, incl. sight, there is no way you can show/explain/demonstrate to him the color red.

Spiritually speaking, he can experience the color red even without having any of his five senses by praying to God. God can do anything.
