What a great story! WOW!! I to have made some much needed changes
in my diet since Jan. 2001. I was having a lot of health problems
and decided that I needed to make some positive changes that I now
believed saved my life. In the process I lost 100 lbs and have regained my health and am enjoying life once again. I am just
now reading up on the totally raw way of eating. In fact, today
I started my first attempt at sprouting.

Thanks again for your very inspirational story.
