I am skeptical about muscle testing or kinesiology. I just don't get it. My dentist used it to test me for something and I've read on curezone that many people believe in it, but it sure reminds me of the old oji (weeji, oweegi oujie) board game. (I'm skeptical about that spelling too!)

Some people say you're supposed to know what substance you're testing, others say you aren't supposed to know what it is.

It sounds to me like the only thing it's testing is how much you WANT to believe it's good for you. I mean it just doesn't seem very scientifically valid.

Maybe I should hold the instructions and muscle test them!
