it will require you to leave your primises while your property is disinfected... and it will also require a trip walley world to help you find just the thing you need... there will probably be an initial cost outlay of a couple hundred dollars to buy at least a 400amp boom box with woofer and tweeters... and lots of base... then the rest is pretty simple... just invite some of your teenage headbanging neighbors over... (or use some of your own teenage headbangers if you have any handy)... turn up the volume and the base and leave... guaranteed to clear out all those pesky rats... neighbors... bill collectors... preachers... teachers... almost everything... guaranteed...!!!
