i'm going to copy your post and give to my daughter... maybe she can make him listen...

i've always enjoyed seasoning my food with powdered cayenne... and i love jalapenos... but never knew how benefitial cayenne was before coming to cz... i've learned much since coming to this site... and i am an avid believer in liver flushing... i think it is so wonderful to have such an altruistic place to come to on the internet where one individual supports and shares with another for a common good... i've been trying to tell the world about cz and how to improve their health but seem to have been having a hard time convincing them... especially the ones i care about the most... to me it all makes such wonderfully good sense...

i wish i could make them understand...
