Thought you'd find these posts by #58095 of interest, and relevant to your question - though the original inquiry is in fact of a different nature.

I would ask you to consider adding a lot of water, fresh lemon juice, unrefined Sea Salt and chlorophyll to your daily intake.

Then, I'd suggest that you start researching and planning your steps to take better care of yourself and formulate a plan to begin a complete healing journey. There is so much valuable information on this site and so many wonderful people that will help you make the best choices for your own personal needs.

Lastly, regarding the post to follow, I'd tell you to get the sub-lingual B12 and B-complex if possible, as alcohol prevents their absorption when ingested, causing Depression and other major problems.

Here is the link I promised and some excerpts. You can read the whole thread and see if it is helpful to you:

“Snack on graham crackers all day every day. the more of them you eat, the better!

Vitamin B Complex every day.

Because of liver damage, you are probably craving sweets now. Eat sweets when your body craves it. Your liver needs the sugar, B complex and graham to repair itself.
These are the only 3 things your liver ask for to repair itself so it can help the rest of your body.

This is not an off the wall remedy.
It worked for me and many others. And is used by many doctors in Connecticutt.”

“Because Graham has the proteins and amino acids the liver needs to repair itself.

Example of the Protein & Amino Acids in graham crackers:
Threonine
Isoleucine
Leucine
Lysine
Methionine
Cystine
Tyrosine
Valine
Arginine
Histidine
Alanine
Aspartic acid
Glutamic acid
Glycine
Proline
Serine

“Cirrhosis of the liver can cause fluid buildup in the body, and specially make the abdominal area large. When the liver heals. The body will get rid of the fluid buildup.

R.W. Breck, M.D in Wallingford Ct. graduated from the Yale University School of Medicine. He started the therapy for Cirrhosis that works.
Do not eat large meals at one sitting. Eat small meals as many times a day as you want. Do not tax your liver with big meals, because your liver is working hard by excreting a larger amount of bile at once to digest a large quantity food. It is better to eat small meals every two hours (snacks).
Snack on graham crackers all day. Take a good grade of Vitamin B Complex (one each morning, and one at night). Unlike the rest of your body, the liver uses Sugar to help repair itself when it is sick.
Now it is the treatment prescribed by Yale and most hospitals in CT.
The Gaylord Medical Center in Wallingford CT. uses the same therapy.

This therapy worked for me and, I saw it work for many people that were sent to Gaylord Hospital.
After 6 or 8 weeks, it looked like a miracle.”

One last thing, please also take a look at the Alternative Alcohol Forum on this site, it has very informative posts one of which may appeal to you.

Here's one on Kudzu: //www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=406&i=501#i

Hope you can find a way to make the changes you so wish for....
