I am on The Master Cleanse for the second time. I enjoy the challange and after the first time I experienced it I certainly realized the few things that I was addicted to. I am a vegetarian, I'm a treeplanter in the summers, so I manage to keep fit, but the whole cigarette smoking thing. I know it is a disgusting habit and while I am on the cleanse I don't smoke, but as soon as I am finished it, I'm puffing away. If only I could quit.
