Have you actually DONE any cleansing and healing work on youself? Or are you just reacting to how these suggestions "sound" to you?

Health is not a "belief system" it's a PARTICIPANT ACTIVITY, as are all spiritual (living, learning & growing) efforts... likewise with addressing anger and denial.
