I try to stay away from supplements altogether. I like controlling the potency by using fresh or dried herbs in tea or tincture form. I wouldn't recommend putting a concentrated thing like that right into your eye. God forbid you burn your retina or something.

I believe those supplements are meant for ingesting. You should follow the label on the package.
