Dear Ricefields,

Yes, I still eat a spoonful of miso
every day. And I still take an Injuv
capsule each morning. The floaters
and flashes disappeared, as I noted
in my old post, and they have never
returned.

I buy Cold Mountain miso at Whole
Foods Mkt. It's very tasty.
