Thanks a lot for the support. I will defintely post any results. I went out and bought some Miso today. It's a little 'different', but not bad on crackers. I tried to find Injuv at my local health store but didn't have any luck. I think I may have to look for it under its other name - hyauloric acid - or something close to that.
