Any ideas on the following questions -

1 - I would like to change my operating system to linux from Windows xp.

Is it possible to wipe the info on my hard drive and then install linux?


2 - Funny as it may sound, but has anybody any ideas ordering from Amazon. I
don't usually like ordering from them but they have three books I can't
get anywhere else.
They say they can't deliver to shipping address and don't explain why. it's
the same address as the cardholder address in the UK. I can't figure it out.

The reason I ask on this forum is because I've sent enquiries before and they
never reply.

Any advices would be appreciated.
