I was just diagnosed with Barrett's Syndrome. My Gastroenterologist showed me a picture that he took while doing an EDG earlier in the week. I saw the darker lines in my esophagus. I'm not sure if it's anything to worry about or not.

I have been taking Prevacid since 1997 for reflux, and my Gastro suggests that I keep on taking it. Interested to hear what others might be going through with Barrett's.
