I was told that I had Gilberts at 15 when I was under a lot of pressure re exams etc. I became extremely fatigued, as thou I had a tap in my ankle which was constantly opened and all my energy just ran out. I am now 54 and have kept myself very fit and watched my alchol consumption very closely. However, as I've got older I am finding that I am having more frequent bouts of fatigue and lightheadedness. Have you found something that you take for fatigue, any suggestion would be welcome as I have found over the years doctors can offer no real advice.
