Dear Melanie,
It is unfortunate what has happened between you and your husband. I think that you need to understand that you do not need someone else to complete you or make you feel something. You can become strong. I would like to encourage you to read a wonderful book by Dr.Gary Chapman, it is called the Five love languages. I think that you might find some comfort in it for you.

I hope that you find a female friend to share and talk with.
