I've read a little about holistic dentistry, not enough to start a debate about it ;>) but it sounds a little crazy.

Why don't you just go to a normal dentist? I'm sure a non-holistic dentist would forget about the fluoride treatments and X-rays (among other potentially dangerous things) if you just asked (maybe not, I don't know).
