Thanks again you all are a huge help. I am so sorry to be so dumb but I am more confused then ever. I have been reading up on my bodies ph and I see that a lot of foods I eat are not so good for me. I will be changing a lot of my diet but I still don't really understand the yeast infection.

If ACV raises your bodies ph then it would be making less acidic??? Then why would I be getting the yeast infection? I would think it would be normalizing my body. So if I take more things that raise my ph and make my body more alkaline then wouldn't I be making things worse?

I just can't understand why and obviously I haven't even scratched the surface! This is soo interesting. The ACV has done many wonderful things for my body with the exception of this one thing.

I am really really sorry to keep badgering you but you are so helpful.
