I do not believe that the Apple Cider vinegar gave you the yeast infection. Vinegar is a well know anti-fungal that has been used in douches to clear infections. The Bragg's brand is one of the best. It is high in minerals and is reduced to 5% acidity like the majority of commercial vinegars. I would look to other sources as the cause of the problem, or perhaps its better to say the flare up of a latent problem. Have you had a lot of Sugar or grains lately? Look to the whole diet plus your personal habits, products you use and any changes of routine to see if you can discover the cause.
