I am not sure of anything. I think if you are having a bad reaction then maybe ACV is not for you? Or it could be die-off causing the gas but to answer your question about ACV in particular, isolate ACV and try taking a tablespoon or two before you have the first meal of your day in water. If you get the same reaction then at least you know where it is coming from.
